Disney On Ice, Celebrating Memories At Capital One Arena - 2020

Disney On Ice has always been our family favorite since I was little. My mom always took me to see the shows then my sister came along so, she started going to the shows. When my cousin had her daughters then we started taking them. I knew when I had my own children that I wanted to take them and keep the traditions going. That is when I had Braden. I knew when the show came to our town, we were going to go all out. That's when Amazon boxes started showing up at the doorstep. If you read my preparing to Disney On Ice, you knew we were dressing Braden up. He was the star of our show.

Lights, camera, action. When the show started my sister and I was already singing every song that played. Mickey and Minnie came out to start the show. We bought Braden a Mickey light-up bubble machine, Mickey toy, and a Woody cup to make his first time magical. Concessions have a lot of things that you can purchase throughout your time there from toys to lights. Don't forget about food, they have that covered too. We got a reusable Mickey container filled with delicious popcorn!

Mickey and the gang showed the very first Mickey Mouse show trying to find their favorite memory to celebrate. Geez, that melted my heart. Just to see how much time has changed everything was just crazy. It really brought the story together and made the story so meaningful. My favorite line out of the whole show was Walt Disney saying "It all started with a mouse."

There were two girls dressed in their Disney attire bring the show into an interactive experience for the kids. It was a little too early for Braden but, Alyssa and I got all the trivia answers correct that they started the show off with. Their "Mousepad" was so adorable bringing this generation into the show.

From all the shows we've been too a lot of our favorite characters have still been missing from the shows. Moana made her appearance sailing away in her boat across the stage. Elsa created her castle right in front of her eyes. It even started snowing! Rapunzel flew across the sky with her long hair. Dory even found her parents from searching across the sea. The entire night was magical even for the big kids.

Our favorite part was when Woody, Jessie, and all their Toy Story friend came skating out. We danced along to the songs so, excited that Braden fit right in. They focused a lot on Woody's Roundup which I loved from the movies. When Braden smiled at Woody my heart just melted.

This has to have been my favorite show. I love it when all the characters come together to build one big magical time for the whole family to enjoy. We had four generations enjoy the show this time. My grandmom, my mom, my sister, myself, and my son. I can't wait for more shows to come. I would recommend this to anyone. It's great to find the time to come together as a family enjoying the night singing to Disney songs that we all grew up listening to. Our night was magical and one a kind. Create memories with your family today.
